Report a problem

Trouble importing your results, signing in, or something in the app not working the way it should — tell us what happened, and screenshot it if you can. It’s the fastest way to a working answer.

A picture of the problem is the single fastest way for us to figure out what went wrong.

The same email or Google account you use to sign in to IPU One — it lets us find your account in the logs, which is the fastest way to actually debug this.
